Job Description for Management and Wellness Associate Positions
Responsibilities:
Managing Daily store operations
Creating a positive experience with your team
Serving customers and addressing their health needs
Cleaning the store
Placing orders
Pricing
Building clientele
Assisting your Manager where ever they need help
Requirements: Ideally we would love to bring someone on board who is knowledgeable in the natural health field and in particular supplements. We also look for someone who takes supplements themselves. We look for positive people who like to learn, who are open to change. Retail experience is a plus as well along with Managerial Experience. We are looking for that spark and the eagerness for accepting a challenge. Being a Manager is not an easy task, but it can be a rewarding one if you embrace it!
