CAD Customer Appreciation Day Updates:
We want to offer flexibility due to all the changes that have happened in our communities over the last few weeks. Our goal is to ensure we are doing our part to reduce the spread. Customer Appreciation Day is still:
Thursday, March 26th at 20% OFF in select stores*
However, as the spread continues to unfold, Alive Health Centre, Morning Sun and Supplements Plus are doing their part. Normally our CAD is in-store only and on the last Thursday of the month, but due to these unforeseen circumstances, we are offering flexibility.
1. CAD in-store discounts will still be offered as usual, but we will also have a different online-only flash sale of 10% off everything so you can practice social distancing and shop from the comfort of your home. This way if you are self-isolating or have just come back from a trip, you will have a safe means to get your supplements at a reduced price. Please note, it will not be exactly the same structure as our in-store CAD, but we will do our best to ensure you can save both at home and in-store.
2. We will continue to offer our CAD in those store locations that are still open. Please see here for store closures and reduced mall operating hours. Also see here for our updates on what we are doing to ensure proper sanitary conditions for our customers and employees.
3. Call us at a location near you, we are happy to take your orders over the phone at the store level where you can still get the advice from our Wellness Associates. You can pick your order up by the store entrance to help encourage social distancing.
We thank you all for your understanding as we are all doing our best to reduce the spread. While we want you to still have the opportunity to receive 20% off, most importantly we want to do it with health and safety as our first priority!
